Privacy Policy

Roblox Assets runs robloxassets.net, the Roblox Assets Discord server and its Discord bot. We decide what happens with the data described here. You can reach us with a ticket on the website or in our Discord server.

• Your Discord account: your Discord ID, username, display name and avatar. We get these when you log in. We do not get your Discord password or email address.
• Discord server details: whether you are in our server and which roles you have, to give you the right access (for example Pro, partner or staff).
• Orders: what you bought or claimed, the price, codes you used and when. Payment details stay with Stripe; we only see whether a payment worked.
• Your library and downloads: which assets you own and when files were sent or downloaded. Delivered files carry a tag that links them to your order.
• Support tickets and reviews: your messages, the files you add and the reviews you write.
• Job applications: the answers you send on the Careers page and the notes our team adds while reviewing.
• Selling with us: your submissions, sales, balance and the payout details you give us (for example a PayPal address).
• Email: only when you sign up for the newsletter or beta access.
• Settings and activity: your notification choices, wishlist, cart, invites and referrals, and which of our DMs and emails were opened or clicked.
• Technical data: the cookies listed below and short-lived server logs (such as your IP address and browser) that help us keep the site safe.

• To give you what you ordered: checkout, delivery, your library, Pro, services and support. We need this data to do that.
• To keep the shop safe and fair: stopping fraud, chargeback abuse, leaks and people who use many accounts. This is our legitimate interest.
• To make the shop better: counting sales, clicks and reviews to see what works. Also a legitimate interest; we look at totals, not at you.
• To send you news and offers: DMs about drops and sales, and the newsletter. You can switch DMs off on the notifications page and unsubscribe from any email with one click.
• Because the law asks for it: keeping order records for bookkeeping and taxes.

We do not sell your data and we do not show third-party ads.

We use a few services to run the shop. They only get what they need for their job:

• Discord for logging in, the server, roles and DMs.
• Stripe for payments, through our own payment service.
• Vercel and Neon host the website and its database.
• Resend sends our emails.
• The server that runs our Discord bot, which also stores the asset files.

Some of these companies are based outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. They use standard safeguards for that, such as the European Commission's standard contract clauses.

Creators see the sales of their own assets in their dashboard. Staff see the data they need for their task, for example a ticket they handle. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

We only use cookies the site needs to work. No tracking or advertising cookies.

• a login cookie, so you stay logged in;
• a cookie that remembers a friend's invite link or a creator code you used, so the discount reaches your order;
• while the website is in beta: a cookie that remembers that you entered the access password.

• Orders and your library: as long as you have your account, so you can keep downloading what you bought. Order records are kept for as long as bookkeeping rules require.
• Download links: a few hours. Temporary copies of files are deleted when the link expires.
• Support tickets: as long as they are useful to help you, for example with a later question about the same order.
• Job applications: up to 12 months after a decision, so we can think of you for a new role. Ask us and we delete yours sooner.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us to show you the data we have about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to send you a copy. You can also object to how we use it, and take back permission you gave, such as for the newsletter. Open a ticket and we answer within a month.

Some data we cannot delete right away, for example order records we have to keep for bookkeeping. We tell you when that is the case.

Not happy with how we handle your data? Tell us first, so we can fix it. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

The website runs on HTTPS. Staff access depends on live Discord roles: when a role is removed, access ends right away. Payment details never reach our own systems.

You need to be old enough to use Discord in your country. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before you buy. Parents who think their child shared data with us can open a ticket and we will help.

When we change this policy, the date at the top changes too. For big changes we tell you on the website or in Discord.
