Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use robloxassets.net, our Discord server and our Discord bot (together: “Roblox Assets”, “we”, “us”). By logging in, buying, claiming or selling on Roblox Assets you agree to them.

Roblox Assets is an independent shop. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. “Roblox” is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.

You log in with your Discord account. Logging in also adds you to our Discord server, so we can deliver files and reach you by DM.

• You must be old enough to use Discord where you live. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian to buy anything.
• Your account is personal. You are responsible for what happens with it, so keep your Discord account safe.
• One person, one account. Using extra accounts to get codes, spins, giveaway entries or free assets more than once is not allowed.

• All prices are in US dollars (USD). The price you see at checkout, with any sale or code applied, is the price you pay.
• Payments are handled by Stripe through a secure payment page. We never see your full card details.
• Your order is complete once the payment is confirmed. The asset then appears in My library and the files are sent to your Discord DMs.
• Download links on the website stay valid for a short time. You can make a new one from your library whenever you need it.
• We check every asset before it goes in the shop. Listings describe what you get; screenshots and videos show the real asset.

When you buy or claim an asset, you get a personal license to use it. The asset stays the work of its creator.

You may:

• use the asset in your own Roblox experiences, including experiences that earn Robux;
• change, recolor and combine it with your own work.

You may not:

• resell, share, give away or re-upload the files, on their own or in a pack, also not for free;
• publish the asset as a model, plugin or package on the Roblox Creator Store or any other marketplace;
• claim the asset as your own work or remove credits that are part of it.

Every copy we deliver is tagged to the buyer. If files you bought show up somewhere they should not, we can see where they came from. Leaking ends your license and gets your account blacklisted.

• Pro is a subscription, monthly or yearly. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time; Pro then runs until the end of the period you paid for.
• Your asset claims reset every month on the day you joined. Claims you do not use in a month do not carry over.
• Assets you claimed with Pro stay yours under the license above, also after your Pro ends.
• The free game review and custom order are once per month. The free gameplay trailer unlocks after 6 months of Pro.
• During a Pro sale or Pro deal, the deal shown at the moment you join is what you get, for as long as the deal says (for example extra claims in your first month, or a price that stays while you remain a member).

Services such as a Game Review, a Logo & Banner Pack or a Gameplay Trailer are done by our team. After you pay, a private ticket opens on the website where we work on your order with you.

• We may ask you for details, files or access to your game. The delivery time starts once we have what we need.
• With express delivery, we deliver within the time shown at checkout. If we are late, you get the express fee back.
• You may use what we make for your own game and its pages and socials.

Our assets are digital and delivered right away. By buying, you ask us to deliver straight after payment, which means the usual right to cancel an online purchase does not apply once the files are delivered. Our own guarantee goes further:

• If an asset does not work the way the listing says and we cannot fix it, you get your money back. Claim within 14 days of buying. See the money-back guarantee for the details.
• Changing your mind after downloading is not a reason for a refund.
• Refunds go back the way you paid. A refunded asset is removed from your library and its license ends.
• Please talk to us before you open a chargeback. A chargeback for an order that was delivered can get your account blacklisted.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.

• Discount codes work as described when they are given out, for example a percentage, an end date or a number of uses. One code per order unless we say otherwise. Codes have no cash value.
• Deals and sales run for the time shown. When a sale ends while you are checking out, the price on your open payment page still counts.
• Mystery boxes contain random assets from the shop that you do not own yet, worth at least the value shown on the box. Because the contents are random, not liking an asset in your box is not a reason for a refund. Files that do not work are covered by the guarantee.
• Spins and free assets are limited to one account per person.
• Giveaways follow the rules in the giveaway post. Winners are picked at random among valid entries. We may skip an entry that breaks these terms.

Creators can submit assets on the Sell with us page. If we list your asset:

• you confirm that you made it or have the right to sell it, and that it contains no stolen work, malicious scripts or hidden backdoors;
• you allow us to show, sell and deliver it to buyers under the license above;
• you earn your share of every sale, based on your partner level. Your balance and level are on your partner dashboard;
• you can request a payout once your balance reaches the minimum shown on your dashboard. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn;
• we may remove an asset from the shop, for example after complaints, a broken file or a rights claim. Buyers who already bought it keep their license.

Treat buyers, creators and staff with respect. We may limit or block an account (blacklist) that:

• leaks or resells assets, or abuses refunds and chargebacks;
• tries to cheat codes, spins, giveaways, referrals or free assets;
• harasses people, spams, or tries to break or overload the website or the bot.

A blocked account cannot buy, claim or open tickets. If you think we made a mistake, contact a staff member in Discord.

When you use our assets in Roblox, the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards still apply to your experience. You are responsible for what you publish. Roblox may moderate content for its own reasons; we cannot change or undo that.

We do our best to keep the shop online and the assets working, but the website, the bot and Discord can be down sometimes. We are responsible for delivering what you paid for and for our guarantee. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect damage, such as lost Robux income or time spent, and our total responsibility for an order is at most what you paid for it.

We can change these terms, for example when we add something new. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders you placed before a change keep the terms that applied when you bought.
