No. Nothing is charged when a link runs out. Open your cart and start a new checkout.

If the amount does not match or finishing the order fails, the checkout page says we are checking your payment and our team is alerted. You can also open an order ticket and we sort it out.

In My library. Every asset you own has a download button there: bought on the website or in Discord, Pro claims, rewards and gifts.

Download links work for 2 hours, to keep the files safe. Press download in My library again for a fresh link, as often as you need.

When an asset gets an update it shows Updated in the shop and a What's new note on its page, and you get a DM. Download it again in My library for the new files.

Model files (.rbxm) go in with a right-click in the Explorer of Roblox Studio and Insert from File. Place files (.rbxl) open as their own place in Roblox Studio.

Yes. You can use what you buy in your own Roblox experiences, also ones that earn Robux, and you can change, recolor and combine it with your own work.

No. Reselling, sharing, giving away or re-uploading the files is not allowed, also not for free or in a pack, and not on the Roblox Creator Store. Every copy we deliver is tagged to the buyer, and leaking ends your license and gets your account blocked. See the Terms of Service.

A blocked account cannot buy, claim or open tickets, but your library and downloads keep working. If you think it is a mistake, contact a staff member in our Discord server.

Every asset is checked before it goes in the shop. If it still does not work the way the listing says, open a guarantee ticket within 14 days of buying. We try to fix it within 48 hours, and if we cannot, you get your money back.
